Chilhowee Gliderport has many exciting events throughout the year. Check out our calendar and make plans to attend our events throughout the year. You won't want to miss our annual Octoberfest. Come see the people, the gliders, and the Fall colors. Join us for great dinners and entertainment under our historic barn. This is always a great time for everybody! At the beggining of the year we usually sponsor the Mount Mitchell-Shiftlet Wave Camp and the Sequatchie Ridge Camp. We also host racing contests in the heart of the soaring season. This is a great opportunity to witness the sport of soaring at its highest level.
